Annual General Meeting 2019 Members Information.

Next month the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association Ltd (AACMA) will be holding our 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM). This is a time for all members to participate in the governance and future direction of AACMA while gaining a deeper understanding of the Directors and CEO’s plans.

Notice is hereby given that the 41st Annual General Meeting of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association Ltd is to be held in Melbourne as listed below;

Nominees for Director

We have received and accepted four nominations for the two available positions on the Board of AACMA. The nominees are;

·       George Lenon

·       Si Ning Luo

·       Michael Popplewell

Voting is conducted electronically by our election partners, TrueVote. You will receive an email from TrueVote, on Thursday 18th April 2019, with your unique voting link and detailed instructions. Put simply, follow the link and select the two nominees that you prefer. Voting will close on at 4:30pm Wednesday, 8th May 2019.

Proxy Forms

If you are unable to attend the AGM in person and would like to provide a proxy form for another attendee to vote on your behalf, please complete this form and return to the AACMA office by 4:30 pm Wednesday 15th May 2019. The preferred method is via email to Please note, proxy votes are not for Director Positions, they only apply to business transacted within the AGM.
