AACMAC Brisbane 2012, from 25 – 27 May, was a resounding success and proved to be the biggest and most popular AACMAC to date. More than 360 delegates from Australia and abroad met for three engaging and entertaining days at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, in the heart of beautiful, sunny Brisbane.
Delegates enjoyed dashing from one seminar/workshop to the next, and were spoilt for choice with more than 65 sessions to choose from. Breaks were spent indulging in delicious cuisine and engaging in some serious networking with colleagues and speakers. And as the sun set on both Friday and Saturday nights, delegates let their hair down (and let go of the intense past few months in the lead up to national registration) and truly enjoyed socialising with old and new friends during the Cocktail Party and Gala Dinner events. Delegates can re-live the fun of the Cocktail Party via our Facebook page.
In 2012 delegates were treated to an impressive academic program from a host of national and internationally renowned speakers and had the opportunity to learn practical tips to apply to practise during the many workshops.
AACMA was delighted to hear such positive and encouraging feedback after the event – proof that the hard work and dedication was worth every minute.
AACMA extends its gratitude to members, speakers, sponsors and staff for continuing to support Australia’s only TCM-focussed annual conference. Each year we attempt to push the boundaries to deliver three worthwhile days, and AACMAC Brisbane 2012 was no exception.
Next year, WFAS 2013 will take place of AACMAC. We are already in planning mode to produce an exciting and memorable international conference. This event is not to be missed; save the date: 2 – 4 November 2013. Stay tuned for more information.
