The conference Gala Dinner includes a cruise along Sydney Harbour on board the Captain Cook III. Embarkation begins at 6:45 pm with the cruise commencing at 7:00 pm.  Don't miss the boat - be sure to be at the Casino Wharf by 6:45 pm! The Casino Wharf is just down the stairs from the Ballroom Terrace. A directional map will be on display at the conference venue.

A live band will provide background music for the dinner as well as after-dinner dance music.

A non-alcoholic drinks package is included in the price of the dinner ticket. Dinner guests will be responsible for their own alcohol purchases.

The Gala Dinner dress code is After-Five.
